About Rebecca...

Rebecca is a E-RYT 500 & YACEP Certified Yoga & Mindfulness Teacher of nearly 20 years, Sound Healing Practitioner, Reiki Master, Women's Holistic Hormone Health Educator and Coach, and Mama of Two. Her mission is to help and inspire others to create a life of freedom by feeling good in their body, reconnecting to their inner guidance system, living their true purpose.  She currently lives in Northern Michigan with her super eco-conscious husband, young daughter and son.
