Quick Pick-Me-Up - 15 Minute Flow
Get your day rolling with movement. This quick, continuous flow practice will get your energy moving through some strengthening half salutations and lunge salutations. The variations of salutations (say that 3X fast) will strengthen the back body and create more length on the front body helping compliment our lifestyles that have us sitting hunched over a keyboard all day. We'll end the practice in child's pose. If you have the time, lie down on your back from a longer savasana or take a seated meditation.
Find Your Peace Seated Flow - 10 Min
This 10 minute seated flow will help you connect to your breath and gently shed layers of residual tension in our upper body. Unearth your inner peace and feel that it is there all along.
Happy Hips & Hamstrings in 10 minutes
Have tight hips and hamstrings? Grab a yoga strap (or belt) and roll out your yoga mat. This practice is done all while reclined on the floor. It's a quick way to stretch out those tight spots, especially post-workout or run.
