Heart & Nature: Cacao + Mindfulness Hike

This Fall Equinox, immerse yourself in nature with a cacao mindfulness hike with Rebecca Rankin. This unique event begins with a grounding meditation and cacao ceremony at the trailhead, where we'll then set out on a mindfulness hike with guided prompts and dedicated moments for inner reflection along the way.

Allow the heart-opening properties of ceremonial cacao to enhance your connection with nature as you move through the landscape. This journey creates space for presence, reflection, and deep connection with both the natural world and yourself.

Inner Seasons: Embodying Your Cyclical Nature

In this two-hour workshop with Rebecca Rankin, we’ll explore the four phases of the menstrual cycle and how they mirror the seasons of nature and the phases of the moon. You’ll learn how each phase influences your energy, mood, and intuition and how to align your self-care practices with these natural fluctuations.

Through breath work, gentle yoga, guided meditation and journaling, you’ll learn how to honor your body’s natural rhythm rather than work against it. You’ll leave with tools to tune into your inner voice, soften self-judgment, and realign with the natural cycle within.

This workshop is open to women of all ages and stages in their cyclical journey, and counts for 2 Yoga Alliance continuing education (CEU) hours.

Join us for Reiki Reset, a deeply nourishing workshop designed to support rest, release, and energetic realignment. Through restorative yoga, guided meditation, and Reiki energy healing, you’ll be invited to reconnect with your body, calm your mind, and restore your inner balance.

We’ll begin with an opening circle and grounding meditation to help you land in the space. You'll receive a simple, accessible introduction to Reiki: what it is, how it works, and the ways it supports emotional and energetic wellbeing. Then, you’ll be guided through a meditation to prepare your body and energy field to receive healing.

From there, we’ll move into a fully supported restorative yoga practice, where each posture offers deep rest while Reiki is shared with participants. This gentle, immersive experience is designed to help clear energetic blockages, soothe the nervous system, and bring you back to center.

We’ll close with time for integration, reflection, and connection so you leave feeling more grounded, clear, and connected to yourself.
