Immerse yourself in nature with a cacao mindfulness hike. This unique event begins with a grounding meditation and cacao ceremony at the trailhead, where we'll then set out on a mindfulness hike with guided prompts and dedicated moments for inner reflection along the way.

Allow the heart-opening properties of ceremonial cacao to enhance your connection with nature as you move through the landscape. This journey creates space for presence, reflection, and deep connection with both the natural world and yourself.

Compostable cups will be provided, but feel free to bring your own insulated, reusable mug. Limited spots available. Be sure to register in advance to secure your place in this special experience.

Discover the healing practice of Reiki in this two-day immersion with Reiki Master Teacher Rebecca Rankin. Whether you're seeking a tool for personal healing or feel called to support others, this weekend will provide a strong foundation in traditional Reiki techniques and hands-on practice.

Throughout the training, you'll receive your Reiki Level I and II attunements while learning the history and philosophy of Reiki, the Reiki Principles, self-treatment and treatment for others, Japanese Reiki techniques, and the Reiki symbols introduced in Level II. You'll also learn distance Reiki, ethics, and practical ways to integrate Reiki into your daily life.

This training is experiential, with plenty of time to give and receive Reiki, practice with fellow students, and build confidence in your connection to universal life force energy.

Upon completion, you'll receive your Reiki Level I & II Certificate and leave with the knowledge and experience to confidently practice Reiki for yourself, loved ones, and others. No prior experience is necessary.
